Start here to register as a dinner host.
Thank you for hosting a SAVORlife Dinner!
As a dinner host, I understand:
- I determine the date, time, menu, and guest list.
- Aunt Rita's Foundation is not responsible for providing food and beverages.
- Aunt Rita's Foundation is not liable for any occurrence at my dinner.
- My guests will contribute at least $35 by credit or debit card online or by check or cash at my dinner in order to be placed on the guest list for the Sugar & Champagne SAVORlife Soiree.
- I will provide Aunt Rita's Foundation with a completed guest list.
- I will return the guest list and all checks to Aunt Rita's Foundation 2700 N. 3rd Street, Suite 2012 Phoenix, AZ 85004 or I will give the guest list, checks and/or cash to the appropriate Aunt Rita's Foundation representative.
If you were referred to host a dinner by a dinner host from a previous year, Let Us Know first, before continuing.
